The people were awesome - really went the extra mile to make sure I knew how everything worked (this car is amazing and has a lot of technical coolness that would have been wasted on me had they not shown me what a great car I was buying!) It has run great but after a bad snow storm with all the gunk and chemicals on the roads, I had a problem with my parking sensors. They ordered new sensors but after washing the car and good weather, everything seemed to work fine and I said I didn't really need them. They insisted on having them painted and installed to be sure I was well taken care of. Now THAT's service! Ed Bozarth IS number 1 in my book. "My wife went to Ed Bozarth to test drive a 2014 Chevrolet Impala. She was greeted by a Ms. Betsy Reitz and my wife told her what she was looking for. Ms. Reitz immediately pulled a car from inventory and showed her all of everything that this car had to offer. My wife came home and told me about her experience at Ed Bozarth, and how nice and knowledgeable Betsy was and no pressure to purchase as the other dealerships that she had visited. We set up an appointment to meet with Betsy and we had printouts of everything that we were looking for, not only in the Impala, but the 2014 Chevy Silverado. Betsy checked our sheets and found out that the car she had sat in had 99% of what we wanted. We test drove the car and were immediately impressed with the quality and workmanship this vehicle had to offer. We told her we were sold and she wrote everything up and had them make the offer on the trade-in. We bought the car. I have to say that Betsy's professionalism was outstanding but she also threw in the personal touch and at no time was there any pressure. Once the paperwork was completed on the car, she went to work on looking for the truck. A Mr. Brian Ortiz stepped in and was able to locate a truck with what we were looking for but not on their lot. He made his arrangements to get this truck for us and it would be ready to pick up the next day. While we worked with Mr. Jessie Wright (no relation), who again was extremely professional as were the others, Betsy stuck her head into the office and said that Brian had asked her to go get the truck. This is service with a smile to make their customers happy. We drove home in our new car that night. I couldn't wipe the smile off my wife's face. I picked up the new truck the next day, and Ms. Rietz explained everything in great detail to me and I was completely impressed with her knowledge. "I could honestly go on for 5000+ words regarding the fantastic experience we had at Ed Bozarth over the weekend but I'll stick to the cliffs notes for the review. Everything was great from the moment we got there to the time we left. Our salesman was Bobby Snyder and he handled my ragtag crew (myself, the wife, and our two INSANE boys 3 & 5 years old) with poise and patience. Never once did I feel like I was trying to be sold on anything. "This is a long overdue thank you and acknowledgement of the continued great service that I have received from your service department, particularly Greg Ruybal, for the last ten years. Being from a General Motors family and plus my grandfather a Chevy dealer, my 2004 Tahoe was the first car that I bought outside of "the family." Your dealership has exceeded my expectations throughout the years.

A couple of months ago, the service I received from Greg confirmed to me that customer loyalty does have merit with an organization such as yours. I inherited a 2011 Cruze from my dad and brought it in for what turned out to be multiple issues. The warranty had just expired and Greg explained to your service manager that I was a good customer. So what would have cost over $1,000 in repairs only cost me the $150 deductible. I can't tell you how many people I have told this story.

At the time of the repair, I had just started working at Trader Joe's which is a customer driven company. You walk through our doors and there is such a positive, enthusiastic vibe from each employee. We are sincerely happy with our jobs, our great products and more importantly our fabulous customers.
