Brian Cook made the whole test drive process easy and pleasant. There was no pressure in the days past my initial visit. When I decided to purchase the truck, the process was seamless. At delivery , the finance visit was quick and taking possession of the truck was also seamless and quick. I will definitely strongly consider the Bozarth team when I purchase my next vehicle.

Like always, the service was great. It is important that I keep my truck up to snuff as it is my only vehicle and I live in the mountains. They also realize that I might need to stagger my repairs, so they give me timelines/options for making the repairs. I wouldn’t take my truck to anyone else.

The workers got the front and back seats dirty while working on the car and the oil and gasoline smell filled the entire inside of the car for days.

Great experience with the service staff! He was helpful and did not try to “upsell” me. The service was timely and reasonably priced.
